“ I sold my 2021 kia Seltos to the university kia on Thursday May 21st. They were supposed to mail the check to my FI to pay it off. I was told I would be called the next day the 22nd. I have emailed the dealer with no reply. Called and transferred to a vm that doesn’t work(3 times). Had 2 people take my name and number and say someone will give me a callback. Chatted online and was told someone would call me. One time I called I was bounced around between 3-4 people before being hung up on. No one has called me. I just want to know if/how/when the payment was sent. Called Kia America and they apologized(only apology so far) and they said they can’t really do anything as the manufacturer except try to contact the dealer on a 3-way call, they could not get anyone at kia and kept being put on hold and sent to the same VM that doesn’t work. The email I have is for who I believe is the owner Arthur Seaton. BBB complaint has been filed. ”

Should’ve listened to the people that have gotten cars from them a said to not waste our time. Will NEVER attempt to even go through them again. ”
