I came in with a set price in mind and said what can you do for me? Faith (what a lovely name for a lovely lady) was a bright and refreshing and ready to help. I gave her a little faith and she really did her thing to get me EXACTLY what I asked for! So go on down and be sure to speak with Faith she will get you right!

My detail experience at University Kia it was a nice, pleasant, and clean environment. The people there are very friendly and they do help you with ease. Yan is the best in the service department.

I sold my 2021 kia Seltos to the university kia on Thursday May 21st. They were supposed to mail the check to my FI to pay it off. I was told I would be called the next day the 22nd. I have emailed the dealer with no reply. Called and transferred to a vm that doesn’t work(3 times). Had 2 people take my name and number and say someone will give me a callback. Chatted online and was told someone would call me. One time I called I was bounced around between 3-4 people before being hung up on. No one has called me. I just want to know if/how/when the payment was sent. Called Kia America and they apologized(only apology so far) and they said they can’t really do anything as the manufacturer except try to contact the dealer on a 3-way call, they could not get anyone at kia and kept being put on hold and sent to the same VM that doesn’t work. The email I have is for who I believe is the owner Arthur Seaton. BBB complaint has been filed.

They are NOT upfront and honest, literally a manager told us 1,000 down for one car, then we come up with the money 48 hours later, an then now it’s “3K” down no approval on anything other than that . Should’ve listened to the people that have gotten cars from them a said to not waste our time. Will NEVER attempt to even go through them again.
